A State-of-the-Art Science & Innovation Campus

Welcome to Cambridge Discovery Campus

The science and technology ecosystem in Cambridge is currently home to over 5,000 innovation companies, 36 research parks, five hospital trusts, two universities, plus a flourishing startup and investor community. Recently named the world’s most intense science and technology cluster by Global Innovation Index, the Cambridge ecosystem raised over $892 million in venture capital funding in 2024.

Cambridge Discovery Campus (CDC) is a brand-new science and technology campus in the most strategically important location within the Cambridge life science cluster. It will provide 343,000 sq ft of science and innovation space, flexibly designed to support small to medium sized ventures or ‘whole campus’ organisations arranged over six detached lab enabled buildings.

This exciting redevelopment will also include a bespoke amenity building overlooking superb sports fields, and a 30-acre country park.

A COVETED LOCATION

Located at the heart of Cambridge’s thriving life science cluster, CDC is the closest campus to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, with direct road and cycle access. Cambridge Biomedical Campus is Europe’s largest centre of medical research and health science, home to AstraZeneca, University of Cambridge, Papworth Hospital, Cancer Research UK and many more organisations.

Multiple transport options are in place, further enhancing accessibility to and from CDC, making it an exceptionally attractive location for occupiers wishing to take advantage of the rich stream of talent and collaborative academic and innovation sector opportunities available across the cluster.
